With Ausure, the claims process is quick and easy. With the relevant details, a case manager will contact you to explain the process. They will act on your behalf, as a third party, working between you and the insurance company to ensure that claims are processed in a prompt and professional manner.

In some cases, an assessor may be required to visit you on-site to evaluate the situation and advise you on the best action to take. An assessor is only contracted on a case-by-case basis, if we feel that it is in your best interest.
